Getting there
Three routes to the campus. Bengaluru traffic is unforgiving in both peaks — build in more time than the map suggests.
By air
Kempegowda International Airport (BLR) is the nearest airport and the campus sits on its side of the city, so arrivals avoid crossing Bengaluru entirely. Prepaid taxis and app cabs are available at both terminals.
By rail & metro
Bengaluru City Junction (SBC) and Yesvantpur (YPR) are the main long-distance stations. The campus is not on the Namma Metro network, so allow for a road transfer from whichever station or metro terminus you arrive at.
By road
Delegate parking is on campus and free, but passes are issued at registration rather than at the gate. Shuttle timings between the campus and the main hotel cluster are published a fortnight before the conference.

Step-free throughout
Every session room, the atrium and the dining hall are reachable step-free from the main entrance. Two lifts serve the first floor. Accessible toilets are on both levels. Reserved seating is held at the front of each room — ask any steward.
