Terms
Before you pay
Four things worth knowing, none of them buried in a PDF.
- 01
Payment of the registration fee is mandatory for a paper to be included in the proceedings. The deadline falls before the camera-ready deadline, so pay first and submit the final PDF afterwards.

One registration fee covers the presentation and publication of a single accepted paper. A second paper needs a second registration.
- 03
The standard fee covers a paper of up to twelve pages. Declare any extra pages at registration; they are charged per page at the rate in the table above.
- 04
Cancellations before 25 November 2026 are refunded in full less a 10% handling fee. No refunds afterwards, but registrations may be transferred to a colleague.
- 05
Invitation letters for visa purposes are issued after payment clears. Allow ten working days — request one well before the registration deadline.
