Notes
Practical notes
- Talk lengths
- Full papers get 18 minutes plus 4 for questions. Short and industry-track talks get 10 plus 2. Session chairs will cut you off; they have been asked to.
- Recording
- Keynotes and the panel are livestreamed and recorded. Parallel sessions are not, so authors can present work still moving towards journal submission.
- Posters
- Boards are A0 portrait. The session runs on the Day 1 afternoon in the atrium; presenters should be at their board for the full ninety minutes.
- Slides
- Upload to the session desk at least two hours before your session. Bring an HDMI-capable laptop as a fallback; the rooms have no USB-C.
