14–15 December 2026

Jointly organised by

CMR University, Bengaluru, INDIA

&

ATIS Foundation, Deakin University Australia

Programme

Two days, four rooms, one grid

Time runs down, rooms run across. Keynotes, panels and breaks span every room; everything else is a choice. Pick a day, then highlight a track to see where it sits against the rest.

Notes

Practical notes

Talk lengths
Full papers get 18 minutes plus 4 for questions. Short and industry-track talks get 10 plus 2. Session chairs will cut you off; they have been asked to.
Recording
Keynotes and the panel are livestreamed and recorded. Parallel sessions are not, so authors can present work still moving towards journal submission.
Posters
Boards are A0 portrait. The session runs on the Day 1 afternoon in the atrium; presenters should be at their board for the full ninety minutes.
Slides
Upload to the session desk at least two hours before your session. Bring an HDMI-capable laptop as a fallback; the rooms have no USB-C.
